1、香薷同属植物香薷全草含挥发油0.2%-1%,鲜茎叶含挥发油0.26%-0.59%,干茎叶含0.8%-2%,油中主含香薷酮(elsholtzione)约85%,苯乙酮(acetophenone)约1%[3。4]。还含6-甲基三十三烷(6-methyl-tritriacontane),13-环已基二十六烷(13-cyclohexylhexacosane),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol),β-谷甾醇-3-β-D-葡萄糖甙(β-sitosterol-3-β-D-glucoside),棕榈酸(palmiticacid),亚油酸(linoleicacid),亚麻酸(linolenicacid),熊果酸(urso-licacid)),5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-6,7-dimetho-xyflavone),5-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(5-ydroxy-7,8-dimethoxy-flavone),5,7-二羟基-4-甲氧基双氢黄酮(5-hydroxy-7,4-dimethoxyflavanone),5-羟基-6-甲氧基双氢黄酮-7-O-α-D-吡喃半乳糖甙(5-hydroxy-6-methoxyflavanone-7-α-D-galactopyranosi-de),刺槐素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖(acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside)。
